Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Client Engagement:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, presenting our coaching programs as tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct compelling sales presentations via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings to highlight the value and benefits of our coaching programs.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Closing Sales:
Effectively close high ticket sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure a seamless sales process and address any questions or concerns.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and coaching teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and program development.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in high ticket sales, preferably in real estate or coaching.
Proven Success:
Demonstrated success in closing high ticket deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Sales Techniques:
Proficient in consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
Self-Motivated:
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
