If there is one thing I know for sure, its the value that a great coach brings. And, in my case, that value was derived from the common advice these great coaches gave me - there is NO SHORTCUT to greatness.

Yet, for over 20 years in the real estate business, I never considered hiring a coach to help me grow.

What a huge mistake!

  • If you buy more than 50 properties yearly, your pro forma or model

Kevin is a Cleveland-Ohio based real estate investor, litigation consultant, licensed lobbyist and former Windows NT network engineer.

As a real estate investor specializing in distressed real estate, Kevin purchased and sold over 200 properties and closed over 3,500 transaction sides as an escrow office and/or title examiner over a 20-year career.

Thereafter, he authored three U.S. Patents for improvements to methods necessary to complete the transfer of real property, including the patent-pending COVID-19 Neighborhood Stabilization Model created to stabilize property values and create sustainable investments into the nation's poorest urban and rural school districts.

Prior to founding Parcel Revenue in 2018, Kevin ran a boutique litigation consulting firm that specializes in preparing solo law practitioners to litigate real estate and probate cases against the largest banks and financial institutions in the world.

He also founded and directed two Cleveland-area nonprofits aimed at reducing blight and housing inequality in urban communities - giving away free lawyers to housing court and foreclosure defendants, making powerful enemies in government along the way, and personally crushing each of them in Courts of law across Ohio when they attempted to interfere.

As an expert litigant, Kevin personally argued the largest lawsuit ever filed (a defamation case) against the Ohio Attorney General's Office ($1.6 Billion) to the Ohio Court of Claims and Tenth District Court of Appeals - walking down the state's attorney in his own backyard and making him retreat.

All to defend the rights of those who could not defend their own rights against powerful adversaries.

This came after Kevin dismantled then Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine in 63 days of one-on-one litigation - an epic court battle which saw Kevin force the Ohio Attorney General's Office to admit, under oath, that they had filed a frivolous lawsuit against him.

Kevin's work exposed a scheme where poor homeowners were forced to donate properties with large amounts of equity to the Cuyahoga County Land Bank or face draconian jail sentences of up to 180 days. The city of Cleveland's role in that scheme was further exposed when Kevin drug two city officials in front of federal judge Dan Polster - forcing the city to apologize for its role in a public forum.

Thereafter, Kevin launched the Abandoned Homes Project, the first world's first ever for-profit landbank, which did what quasi-government across the U.S. had failed to do - turn vacant and abandoned properties into affordable housing profitably and at scale.

Kevin's real estate transactions have produce over nine figures of top-line revenue and reinvestment into urban communities and collected millions of dollars in delinquent taxes - the biggest beneficiary of which has been urban schools and their students.
